The animation quality is alright, but the audio quality is awful and consists of nothing but yelling into the microphone.
It would also be nice to have some sort of background.

Voice acting and animation need work. The story is OK.
I really feel like you were channeling @Sirtom93 for that last bit, though.
Thank you, I'm always trying to improve. And Sirtom93? I've never actually heard of that guy.
Really funny, clever, and well-animated.
The voice acting could use some work, though (especially Mewtwo). It sounded like you were recording inside a tin can. I recommend you build a dedicated sound booth (they're pretty cheap) or hire a voice actor to do your voices.
Other than that, this is an overall really great submission.
It's called a laser reverb in Audacity. Was going for an effect in which it was almost as if MewTwo was speaking telepathically.
An unexpected ending.
The animation was shaded beautifully, and was completely fluid. The musical score was very fitting. I can't really offer any criticism beyond that because I can't find anything wrong with it.
Amazing. An intense collage of what seem to be hundreds of television shows and movies. Edited to all be moving in one coherent direction with the advancing story.
If this doesn't win Daily 1st or a Review Crew Pick, I'll eat my hat.
Nobody cares that it's your friend's birthday. This animation is complete dreck. The animation is of the same quality as all other awful madness tributes, and the song might be one of the most annoying in existence.
Why not create something interesting and original rather than the same garbage we've seen hundreds of times before? Because I've spent nearly a decade watching awful madness animation, and I'd like to see something new in the Portal sometimes.
This animation has fewer jaypegs than any I've ever seen on Newgrounds.
I can't even tell what's happening.
Not bad for a first animation, but that music is pretty awful.
This video is awful, but it was fun to see that one kid nearly break his spine.
He could have become like Stephen Hawking.
I don't mean intelligent like Stephen Hawking. I mean wheelchair-bound and speaking through a synthesizer.
The most amazing 36-second submission I've ever seen.
